That said, Kandi is at her best in the relationship side of the work, building trust over time and delivering service that feels personal and consistent. For Just Landed Jets clients, Kandi is the advisor you can hand a trip to and stop worrying, because she’s already thinking through what’s next.
Four Questions With Private Aviation Advisor Kandi Kremis
Where do you call home, and what does life outside of aviation look like for you?
I live in Pensacola, Florida, and I grew up just outside of Pittsburgh. Most of my family is still in western Pennsylvania, and we make it a point to get together at least once a year. Outside of work, family is the center of everything for me. I love cooking, reading, and getting outside to soak up the Florida sun. I also volunteer as a cheer coach for my daughter, which is one of the most fun and rewarding parts of my week.
How long have you been working in private aviation, and how did you get started?
I have accumulated over a decade of professional experience in private aviation. I began in a sourcing role, and that is where I developed a real passion for the industry. I quickly transitioned into an advisor role, where the work is centered on people, understanding what clients need, building trust, and delivering a travel experience that feels seamless. That relationship-focused side of the business is what I find especially rewarding and fulfilling.
Can you share what you enjoy most about working in private aviation?
I love how dynamic and fast-paced the industry is. No two trips are the same, and there is always something new to solve or improve. Even more than that, I enjoy fostering and maintaining meaningful client relationships. When you do this well, you are not just booking flights. You are helping people travel better, with less stress and more confidence, and that is incredibly satisfying to me.
What kind of relationship do you want to build with your clients, and how do you build trust?
I focus on long-term, trust-driven relationships by anticipating client needs and delivering personalized service that elevates their travel experience and exceeds expectations. Trust is earned through consistency and reliability, so I prioritize clear communication and follow through on every commitment. My goal is always for clients to feel supported and confident, knowing that someone is paying attention to the details and taking ownership of the experience every time they fly.
