Four Questions With Private Aviation Advisor Habib Ksouri

Where do you call home, and what does life outside of aviation look like for you?

I live in Denver and I was born here, so Colorado has always been home. Outside of work, I like to stay active and get outside whenever I can. Tennis is a big one for me, and I also love camping and skiing. I’ve always been someone who likes to explore, and travel has been a big part of my life too. I used to be an avid solo traveler before getting into a relationship, and I still try to keep that same curiosity for new places whenever I can.

How long have you been working in private aviation, and how did you get started?

I’ve been in private aviation for four years. My brother introduced me to jet charter as a broker, and that’s what opened the door for me. Once I understood how the business worked and what it takes to deliver a great trip, I knew it was something I wanted to stay in. It’s an industry where details matter, timing matters, and how you communicate matters, and I like that challenge.

Can you share a challenging flight request you handled and how you met it?

One of the more challenging trips I handled was getting clients out of Jamaica after a hurricane hit. Situations like that require a lot more than a standard charter search. It was heavy on sourcing, nonstop phone calls, and serious due diligence to make sure the aircraft, crew, and operating plan were solid. The goal was simple, get them out safely and smoothly, but the execution takes persistence and attention to every moving piece. We got it done by staying on it and verifying everything along the way.

What kind of relationship do you want to build with your clients? How can you help them?

I want to be the one-stop shop for jet charter, the person you can call and know it’s handled. My goal is to make booking a charter as simple as possible, with clear communication and full transparency throughout the process. I’d rather clients feel fully informed and confident than feel like they’re being sold. Over time, that honesty and consistency is what builds trust, and that’s the kind of long-term relationship I’m focused on.
