Meet Your Jet Guy Eduardo Coelho

Private Aviation Adivisor

Built for the back and forth of private aviation.

Eduardo Coelho

Why Eduardo Is Your Jet Guy

Eduardo Coelho likes the speed of private aviation. For him, the constant back and forth is part of what makes the work exciting. A trip can start as a conversation, turn into a set of moving pieces and then become real right in front of him. That pace fits Eduardo well.

Based in Hoboken, New Jersey and originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Eduardo brings an international point of view to the way he works with clients. He has lived in Europe and across both Americas, speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese and has a natural focus on the Latin Ameirica market.

What sets Eduardo apart is the way he stays steady inside a fast-moving process. Whether he is helping a client sort through options or working through a tight timeline, he focuses on being clear, flexible and easy to reach. For Just Landed Jets clients, that adds up to a private jet charter experience that feels personal, practical and handled by someone who understands the pace of the moment.

Four Questions With Private Aviation Advisor Eduardo Coelho

Where do you call home, and what does life outside of aviation look like for you?

I currently live in Hoboken, New Jersey, and I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I go back often and still have family there, although we are pretty scattered all over the place. Travel has always been a big part of my life. I have lived in Europe and in both Americas, and one of my travel goals is definitely to spend a summer in the Mediterranean. Outside of work, I love to watch and play soccer, go out with friends and enjoy the beach with my family.

How long have you been working in private aviation? How did you get started?

I have been working in private aviation for almost two years now. I got into the industry through a family friend and while I was not planning on it or anything, when the opportunity came up, I just ran with it. What I have enjoyed since then is the pace of the business. There is a constant back and forth that makes the work feel immediate. You can see a request turn into a real trip, not something that only shows up in an end-of-year report.

Can you share a challenging flight request you handled and how you met it?

One of my most challenging flight requests was for a soccer team during the Club World Cup in the U.S. last summer. The timing was very tight because they needed to get to the next state for a practice session right before the quarterfinals. On top of the timing, we were having issues with the payment not going through because they were an international side. After being on the phone with multiple people on both ends for about 48 hours straight, we got it done last minute, and it went smoothly from there.

What kind of relationship do you want to build with your clients? How can you help them?

I want clients to view me not just as a service provider, but as a friend who happens to handle their travel. I know I can help by being malleable and understanding of whatever situation they get thrown into. For me, the number one thing in building trust is clear communication. That means being transparent about the trip and everything that goes into it, but also loosening up a bit and talking to clients like regular people, without always pushing a sales pitch.
