Why Courtney Is Your Jet Girl
Courtney Broulette brings a background most advisors don't have. After college she spent five years as a criminal investigator before moving into roles as a personal and executive assistant for high net worth families, work that sharpened her attention to detail and taught her how to manage complex schedules. That experience shaped the way she approaches every trip with Just Landed Jets, with a sharp focus on precision, discretion and building relationships that last.
What sets Courtney apart is how seriously she takes the idea that time is the most valuable thing anyone has. She treats every client relationship as something worth protecting, not just a booking to close, and brings the same steady, straightforward approach to private aviation that carried her through some of the most sensitive work of her career.
Four Questions With Private Aviation Advisor Courtney Broulette
Where do you call home, and what does life outside of aviation look like for you?
I was born and raised in Denver, and both my parents still live here. Outside of work I love live music, so I am always going to concerts when I can. I also try to stay active with lifting weights and Pilates, and I love hosting dinners and cooking or baking for friends. Traveling is a big part of my life too. When I visit other countries I like finding places that are more locally known rather than just the top spots on a map.
How did you find your way into private aviation?
After college I worked as a criminal investigator for about five years. I genuinely enjoyed the work, but it was emotionally heavy at times, and it eventually started to affect my mental health. After that I moved into roles as a personal and executive assistant for companies and high net worth families. That experience sharpened my attention to detail, especially around luxury travel and managing complex schedules, and gave me the chance to build close relationships with people who fly private regularly and understand how they like to communicate. One thing that has stayed consistent through every role is knowing that time is the most valuable thing anyone has, and taking that seriously in both work and life.
What do you enjoy most about working in private aviation?
I really enjoy the people, both clients and colleagues. It is exciting to talk with people every day who have such different careers, perspectives and passions. I also appreciate the flexibility of being able to work from anywhere while still helping people plan and book their travel.
How do you build trust with your clients?
I really value building sincere relationships. Every family I have worked with has treated me like part of their own, and I do not take that lightly. It would be easy to close a deal and move on, but I prefer maintaining long term relationships, whether someone books consistently or only occasionally. Every trip matters to me, whether it is business travel or something more personal, and I try to be intentional in how I communicate because I understand those moments matter.
